Luscious Lobster

Merdock led a team in the Luscious Lobster campaign to promote Atlantic Canadian processed lobster to high-end chefs, hotels, food service companies, casinos, cruise lines in the United States and internationally.

The campaign includes posters and full colour brochures in seven languages including English, French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, Korean and Japanese. The campaign was featured at international trade shows in the US, Europe, and China.

The objective of the campaign is to emphasize the captured freshness and ready-to-use packaging of Atlantic Canadian processed lobster products and to show how lobster can be added to ingredients already found in your kitchen to create gourmet meals that look as good as your profits.
